2013-2014 New England Pass - Sales CLOSED

Season pass sales have ended for the 2013-2014 season.

We are now selling the 2012-2013 New England College Pass at a discounted rate for MIT students. Here's the skinny:

1. $345 per pass when purchased from the MIT Snowriders using cash or check

2. Unlimited access to Loon, Sunday River and Sugarloaf for the 2012-2013 season

3. Offer valid thru 11/30/2012

4. Only graduate and undergraduate students are eligible (sorry, post-docs)

If you plan to hit any combination of these three resorts at least 4 times then it is definitely worth it to buy this pass. There will be ample opportunity to utilize the pass on weekly trips. Buying a pass will also entitle you to a special discount on the Ski House (see web for details).

NOTE: Unlike previous years, we will not be doing the GSC ski trip at Sunday River this year, so you will not be able to use a season pass to get a discounted rate on this year's GSC Ski trip.

How to purchase:

Due to prohibitive costs of credit card fees, we will NOT be selling these online or by credit card.

To purchase a season pass you have two options:

1. Visit our table in the Student Center (W-20, table 8) on one of the following dates:

M 10/22/2012 - 1-3pm

R 10/25/2012 - 1-3pm

M 10/29/2012 - 1-3pm

R 11/01/2012 - 1-3pm

M 11/05/2012 - 1-3pm

R 11/08/2012 - 1-3pm

R 11/15/2012 - 1-3pm

M 11/19/2012 - 1-3pm

T 11/27/2012 - 1-3pm

R 11/29/2012 - 1-3pm

2. Make an appointment by emailing sr-seasonpasses@mit.edu

In both cases, you will need to bring a completed application form as well as money (cash, or check made payable to the MIT Snowriders). If you download the form online, fill out 1 copy to keep for your records, and 1 copy to bring to the snowriders. If you fill out a paper form in person then there will be a carbon copy for you to keep for your records.

Note 1: we will be batching meet-ups to save time. Download an application form here and email sr-seasonpasses@mit.edu for an appt by Wednesday each week. Expect to meet up with a rep sometime on Thursday or Friday of the same week.

Note 2: The application form indicates a standard price of $359; of course, if you buy from the Snowriders, its only $345!

There will be a minimum of a 2 week lead time before you can retrieve your pass after submitting payment and form to the Snowriders, so if in doubt buy earlier than later. For example, our first trip to Loon this year will be on 12/8/2012, which means that you should buy a pass by Friday 11/23/2012 in order to use the pass on that trip!

How to retrieve your pass after purchasing:

Passes can be retrieved at any of the three resorts (Loon, SR, Sugarloaf). To do this, you must present valid state ID, student ID, and proof of full time status (from student services in 11-120) as well as a copy of your application form.
